As always, I have been moving the community as it gets bigger and bigger, to accommodate the exact membership we are gaining. With this I am doing my best to try and regulate the community in a way that all of your voices can be heard and can be implemented into our function.

Keep in mind, the titles of the current departments projected are not the exact names and/or the exact amount that we have.

This is just a proposed ideology that will help incorporate sufficient harmony and teamwork between the branches as it is important to correlate and work under one roof.

The basic idea:

  1. The branches will correlate under one entity, although serve as a checks & balances system, much like US
  2. One reason to join a department is quicker promotion (whether in department or not).
  3. Another reason is the pure exposure to real-world function while in a gaming setting (so less serious, yet still interesting in a functionality)
  4. Each branch will either function on a council that will be voted in by all players OR the council will be made up of the department heads which will also be potentially elected if we choose that way, your OPINION MATTERS ON THIS!
  5. The ministry will run on nomination and votes of the full community, which will essentially hold all Ministers accountable for their actions.
  6. As the chart shows, no one sect is better than the other, as all have to answer to each other. This essentially adds accountability to every move made.
  7. With this, we give purpose and life to each department through guidelines and structure that will allow for prosperous nature, and add a unique element to the community.

This is just a few ideas that we have been discussing, all of the upper Staff. This is my proposal, as I find it to be the most reasonable in function and I also think it will assist you all in collectivism.

Lol I'm actually learning about when they first started the checks and balance system but sounds like a great plan
